My biggest achievement of 2019
2019 was a huge year for Bundy Financial and it was all due to the advocacy and trust of my amazing clients. The highlight for me in 2019 was being awarded the Better Business Awards Finance Broker of the Year – VIC/TAS! We have also been nominated this year for the MFAA Customer Service Award – VIC/TAS. It was such an honour to be recognised by the industry body as delivering professional and consistent service to my clients both existing and new. It was definitely a challenging year given market conditions, but through hard work and referrals from my existing client base, Bundy Financial came through really well. I was just so happy that I was able to assist all of our clients better their financial situations, buy their dream homes and reach their goals. My team have worked really hard and I am grateful that they also share my personal passion for delivering great customer outcomes to all of our clients.
I enjoy most about my job
I have enjoyed my journey in paving my way as a successful female broker within the mortgage industry, and have a passion for passing this onto my clients through great service and professionalism. My clients are my biggest advocates and buying a home is such an emotional experience for many Australians. I love being able to assist my clients in achieving what is for many a huge milestone in their lives. It is a real privilege to be able to be on that journey with them.
Success means to me
Success is an evolving concept. It’s knowing that you’re doing exactly what you want to be doing at that moment, and being comfortable with the fact that what you want will change with time. Success is having the mental freedom to go with the flow. Adopting this mindset helps me in the ever-changing environment of broking and meeting a diverse range of clients with bespoke lending needs.
My personal mantra
If you want to achieve success, stop asking for permission! I have worked hard to create my business and am passionate about creating diversity within the broking industry. Many people (both men and women) have helped me on my journey and I have never forgotten that. I love connecting with other women in the industry and lifting them up where I can to pay that forward. Most of my own team are passionate females who also have the same work ethic to deliver quality service to our amazing clients.
